What you talkin’ about?
Nonstandard, some of you may recognize this as the name of the, now pretty official and cool, production studio I founded with another mate.We are based around the premise of creating original, free media entertainment for the masses, and have achieved some decent headway with that prospect with the work on our original sitcom series Low Turnout [due to release in the coming weeks] and our feature film Housed [release date TBC].
About the community
This community is going to not only be based around the promotion of nonstandard media, but also around the promotion and critique of out users media.With decent upload space and the ability to embed flash in posts, I look forward to seeing your works debuted on our site.We aim to give helpful guidance and support to struggling artists. We will feature our favorite authors of content on our site and enable people who regularly posts on other blogs and site in the forms of rants and reviews to post as ‘contributors’. but more on that later.
In the spirit of things, I have also started the first NS Art Competition in the art forums. All for now kiddies, write you later!
